Eligibility. TonerZone's Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to any U.S. resident (excluding Puerto Rico), 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of TonerZone and each of its respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.

Entry. The Sweepstakes will begin at 5 a.m. (P.S.T.) on the current Months 5th day and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (P.S.T.) on the current months last day. (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entered: Any and all recipients who, during the Sweepstakes Period register by (1) opting in to receiving TonerZone email; (2) are currently opted in to receiving TonerZone email: or (3) who send in a Mail Entry during said time as set out in the Mail Entry section below, are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Mail Entry: To enter, send a 3 x 5 card with your name, address, email address (if any) and telephone number (including area code) addressed to TonerZone Sweepstakes, 1243 S. Boyle Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90023. All entries must be received no later than the last say of the crrent month. Only one (1) entry per person and only one entry per envelope are allowed.

Prizes and Odds. One (1) Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries to be held on or about August 6, 2005. The Winner shall receive an Apple Ipod Mini with a retail value of $199.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sweepstakes may be presented in multiple presentations and in other media, and the odds of winning may depend on the number of eligible participants who enter the Sweepstakes through such multiple presentations.

Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winner will be notified by telephone, email or U.S. Mail on or about the 10th day of the following month to the sweepstake. The winner's first name, last initial and home city/state will also be posted on TonerZone's web site after the winner has been notified and his/her eligibility confirmed. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may waive his/her right to receive the prize. The prize is not assignable and is not transferable. No substitutions are allowed. The winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. The winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of postmark. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the participant's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.

Participation. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Participants are agreeing to allow Sponsor to periodically send them news and update emails to the email address provided by participants.

Limitations of Liability.By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstake, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain any award for, and participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of California, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

General Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants release TonerZone.com, any other promotional sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

Sponsor. The TonerZone Sweepstakes is sponsored by TonerZone.com, whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
