Obtaining a Return Authorization Number:
If you wish to return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, you may send an e-mail to: joy@tonerzone.com, call customer service at 800-808-6637 x11, or fill out the an online RMA form.
Click HERE to request an RMA online! The form must be submitted within 30 calendar days from your invoice date. An RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from issue date. Products received by TonerZone with an expired RMA number will be refused and returned to Customer at Customers expense. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number and all returns must be shipped prepaid via any common carrier (i.e. UPS, Airborne, FedEx). Tracking information is required.
EXCEPTIONS:
For defective product returns or TonerZone shipping errors within 30-days of purchase, TonerZone will send a call-tag label to you or your customer at time of issuing the RMA. No call-tag labels will be sent after 30 days of purchase. You will have to ship the product at your own expense.
TonerZone reserves the right to refuse any return that is not 100% complete, in re-saleable condition (packaging has not been damaged or defaced), and includes original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided in the original box.
You changed your mind and the Manufacturer's box is unopened
Unopened non-defective returns being returned for refund, credit or replacement must be completed within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. (shipping fee will not refunded). You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products.

Opened non-defective returns being returned for credit or replacement are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Toner cartridges sealer must be intact and not removed. There will be a $5.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box. You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products.
What if the product I received is defective?
We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available) or a refund. All defective products may be returned within 1-year of purchase date for a replacement or refund. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
On all defective items, you will not be charged any re-stocking fees or any additional shipping charges. Upon receiving your request for return, we will schedule a call-tag with Fed-Ex to pick up the defective product and ship you a replacement at no charge to you. We do not send a call-tag after 30 days of purchase.
Cartridges must be at least 40% full at time of receipt to qualify for credit or replacement. Estimated print yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not covered under warranty or return policy, but are provided to assist in supplies planning. Actual usage should be used to establish the life of the supply product in each end user's specific application. Many factors, such as print coverage per page, paper type and size, model type and environmental conditions can affect supply life.
