To see the status of your order, you have to login to "Your Account", click on See Orders and you will see all your orders in a list. Click on the order you want to track and it will display the status of the order.
Order Statuses
Pending Approval - The Order hasnt been approved yet. After Payment Information is Verified, we will Approve and the status will be Pending Fulfillment.
Pending Fulfillment - The Order has been Approved and it is ready to leave the Warehouse.
Pending Billing - The order has shipped and your card will be charged. A Tracking Number has been emailed.
Billed - Order was Shipped and Charged.
Cancelled - Payment couldnt be Verified.
We ship Fedex, USPS and occasionally UPS, so please make sure you are entering the tracking number in the corresponding carrier's site.
