Shipping Information

When will my order be shipped?

As a standard we ship all orders that were placed before 3 PM EST on the same business day. Sometimes you may experience a slight delay of 1-2 business days. Please note that any order placed during the weekend or on a holiday will ship on the following working day. We do not ship out on non-business days.

Immediately after shipping, the tracking number for every order is automatically emailed. Meantime, you can check the online Order Status by clicking here

When will my order arrive after it ships?

Our default shipping method is Ground; it may take 3-6 business days to be delivered. Orders are shipped either from our California or Tennessee warehouses.

If you need the product to arrive faster, we offer rushed shipping methods such as FedEx 2-day and overnight shipping. Please note that USPS via FedEx SmartPost is not an expedited shipping method and should only be selected for orders shipping to APO's, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes.

Once an order package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in the arrival of your order. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee a fast turnaround on this.

POSSIBLE DELAY: To ensure there are no delays, please make sure your billing and shipping addresses are on file with your credit card company. Otherwise, our approval department will need to contact you and your bank to verify which could cause a delay. It is important to remember to place orders 3 PM EST so it can be shipped on the same business day. In the case that your order is placed after 3 PM EST or on a non-business day, it will be shipped on the following working day.

Back Order / On Order items

If a product is backordered it means that we normally have it but ran out. We are probably in the process of receiving it from the supplier. We ask you to wait a bit and when we get it back in stock we’ll send it to you. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email. In case the supplier is unable to fulfill an order we will notify you and try our best effort to find an alternative item.

Do you deliver to APO or FPO addresses?

Yes we do! Most inkjet websites don’t deliver to APO/FPO but we surely do. APO/FPO orders are shipped by USPS via FedEx SmartPost. Orders will take 1-2 business days to be processed and should arrive within 7 to 10 working days. However, we cannot control the actual delivery time for APO/FPO orders. At times, it may take from 2 to 4 weeks.

Do you have international shipping?

Unfortunately no, we currently do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, APO, and other US territories.

There are several carriers for the different shipping options we offer. It is currently not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order. In case a certain carrier does not deliver to your location, get in touch with our Customer Service so that we can notify our Shipping Department.

We will select the most appropriate delivery method for your shipping address. When you choose overnight or 2-day shipping, we may use either air or ground shipping to get your items delivered within the pledged time frame.

It is important to note that ground shipping is ONLY valid for orders shipped to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states.

If you would like the order to go to a PO BOX, APO, or PR, please select USPS via FedEx SmartPost. For HI or AK addresses, please select USPS via FedEx SmartPost, Fedex Standard Overnight, or Fedex Two Day. When you select any other shipping method for the previously mentioned, we will have to contact you to change it, so it might be delayed.

Duplicate Orders

Our orders process approves automatically by a set of filters to make the process faster for our customers. If you believe your order was duplicated, please make sure to contact our Customer Service. TonerZone.com will not take responsibility for doubled orders, of course we allow you to return the duplicate shipment.

How do I cancel/edit my order?

TonerZone.com makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. In order to prevent delays, the time frame available to cancel an order is relatively short. To be able to cancel an order online, its status must be Pending Approval. If the order status is Pending Fulfillment, the items are already being picked from the shelves, packaged and stacked on the loading dock. If you must cancel an order that is Pending Fulfillment, immediately get in contact Customer Service immediately. We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel it, but we will do our best.

Steps to cancel an order:

  • Go to "My Account" (located at the top of this page)
  • Click on "See Orders" under the "Orders" column.
  • Look for your order on the list. If it is Pending Fulfillment, contact our Customer Service. If it is Pending Approval, click on "View" or "Edit".
  • Click on "Cancel" to cancel the entire order, or click on "Edit" to remove an item or change the quantity of an item.
  • You will see a message that reads "Sales Order record successfully cancelled".
  • Click OK.

What should I do if my tracking number is not working?

In case the tracking number for your package shows no activity or delivery confirmation, it is possible that the shipment is still in transit or out for delivery. Packages are not always scanned at every facility they go through during shipment, so you may not see any updates for a few days. Please try again in 1 or 2 days for more up-to-date information.

If the tracking number shows that your package was delivered but it was not left at your front door, it could have been delivered somewhere safe. Please check your office building's front desk, porch, garage, bushes and with your neighbor.

If you are still not able to locate the package and it is after the shipping timeframe, please contact Customer Service so that we look into the situation.

What should I do if an item delivered is damaged?

We do our best to ensure this doesn’t happen but if your shipment is delivered damaged, please initiate a return authorization request within 5 business days from receipt of the package. Do not throw away or alter the product or packaging; we will need a picture of the damage package in the same condition as it was received to properly establish that the damage was due to shipping. We will not accept claims for shipping damage if any of the contents or packaging have been altered or discarded. Depending on the carrier used to ship your order, we will process the damage claim in one of two ways:

For certain claims, we will have to contact the shipping company and file a claim. They will schedule a pickup from the customer's location for inspection of the package.

For other claims, we will process a return authorization for you to send the package back to our warehouse following the normal return procedure.

After we are able to properly establish that the product was damaged during shipment, TonerZone will replace the products based on our return policy.

An Item is missing from my order. What should I do?

Sometimes orders are shipped in separate packages. If you have multiple tracking numbers, that was the case. Verify that the number of packages received matches the number of tracking numbers for your order. Make sure that you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. Is there are reason why my order was sent in multiple packages when it could have fit in one box?

When filling your order we keep the safety of your packages in mind with regard to weight and size. Many times when multiple packages are shipped the shipping company may route a package on to another truck due to space issues. However, they will make every effort to deliver all packages on the same day.

Sometimes items are not in stock at the same warehouse and are shipped from the other one to avoid delays. In these cases, different shipping companies may be used for your various packages.

My Package has NOT arrived and it says that it was shipped

Sometimes a package can be lost in transit by the carrier. TonerZone.com will file a claim with the shipping company and will either reship the package or reimburse the customer upon claim resolution. Claims are accepted ONLY within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Claims are applicable for packages with no tracking number, packages delivered to an address different from that entered by the customer or packages showing no updates for more than 5 business days. It is very important to remember that NO CLAIMS WILL BE TAKEN PAST THE 30 DAYS.
