No minumum orders.

Order Changes/Cancellations
TonerZone orders are processed immediately for same-day shipment, changes or cancellations can not be made. If an order ships that you wish to cancel, simply refuse the entire order on arrival. You will be responsible for all freight charges and a 20% restocking fee on refused deliveries. To return a portion of the order, please see Product Return Procedure.

Back-Ordered Items
TonerZone makes its best effort to maintain a high inventory level on all items. In the event that all items on an order cannot ship together, we will ship all in-stock items immediately. Upon availability, the remaining items will be ship and additional shipping charges will be applied. If you prefer to hold the entire order until all items are in stock, please advise your account representative.

Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex. In order to keep prices low, TonerZone does not offer open terms for new accounts. Past Due Accounts: Open account privileges may be suspended and credit limit decreased if invoices for any month are not paid when due within published terms, and subsequent orders may be held until the account balance is reduced to a current status.
Interest will be charged on past due amounts up to the maximum legal rate.
Reasonable attorney’s fees and other collection costs will be added to collection claims.

All freight is F.O.B. Los Angeles, CA. Our goal is to ship by the quickest, most cost-effective means available.
